Love Deserves a Second Chance Valentines Day Event @ Long Subaru in Webster Benefitting Second Chance Animal Services

What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? Add this to your calendar! On Friday, February 14th from 12pm-2pm, Second Chance’s mobile adoption vehicle will be at Long Subaru with some sweet pups ready for their forever homes!

Dollar Scholar Volunteering Event with Women’s Initiative

Dollar $cholar is a program of the Women’s Initiative of the United Way of Central MA, a volunteer-based women’s group whose mission is to ignite positive change for girls, ages 10-14, through philanthropy and women’s leadership. The program helps girls  understand basic money management skills and provides valuable knowledge for their futures.


Women mentors lead middle school girls through engaging activities, games, and role-plays around the concepts of budgeting, credit, saving, and effective decision-making. The program exposes girls to women leaders and supports their college, career, and life plans.
